In the final count, he placed second (out of three) with 3.62% of the vote.<\/p>\n<p>Another Oppostion Politician G\u00e9rard Karangwa Semushi has also expressed simillar interest in returning home to Rwanda to engage in opposition politics within the territorial boundaries of Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Karangwa Semushi resides in Holland .
