He said that currently Rwanda is collecting preliminary results to indicate the petroleum quantity.<\/p>\n
Rwanda is to finalize a Petroleum Sharing Agreement with investors so that the two sides can benefit from the discovery. <\/p>\n
Habumuremyi said currently about 1,630 Km are to be explored to identify the quantity of Petroleum located under Lake Kivu.<\/p>\n
The search for petroleum potential is being conducted by Vanoil Ltd since October, 2007.<\/p>\n
The analysis of satellite picture and data collected by Vanoil Company showed that there were 57 definitive possibilities of oil silks in water which is possibly related to petroleum occurrence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
