It gives me great hope about the capacity of Africa and capacity of African Leaders when they are willing to change things\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Benediste Hoareau stated this on 10 March 2013 after visiting Kigali Genocide Memorial Center together with his colleagues who are undertaking a two week course on \u201cPolitical Affairs\u201d in Rwanda Peace Academy, Nyakinama, Musanze district.<\/p>\n<p>He underlined that with good leadership, vision, determination of the people and human resilience, we can turn things around and change it for the better. <\/p>\n<p>Genocide should never ever happen again elsewhere. He testified that visiting the genocide memorial was very educative, emotional and very realistic.<\/p>\n<p>Kaguriza Deo from Burundi said that the genocide is a very sad phenomenon (\u201cakamaramaza\u201d) and that no one can find its explanations.
