{"id":6464,"date":"2013-03-11T03:23:38","date_gmt":"2013-03-11T03:23:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rubavu-youths-urged-to-find-solutions-to\/"},"modified":"2013-03-11T03:26:52","modified_gmt":"2013-03-11T03:26:52","slug":"rubavu-youths-urged-to-find-solutions-to","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rubavu-youths-urged-to-find-solutions-to\/","title":{"rendered":"Rubavu Youths Urged to find Solutions to Community Problems"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and ICT, Rosemary Mbabazi has challenged Youth in Rubavu District to help find solutions to the country\u2019s existing problems like helping vulnerable people}}.<\/p>\n<p>She made the remarks while officially launching the \u2018Students on the field\u2019 week in Rubavu District on Saturday organized by the students\u2019 Forum of Rwandan Higher Institutions of Learning.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing hundreds of Youth from Rubavu District, RTUC and ULK Gisenyi; Mbabazi challenged the students to look for solutions to some problems in the society.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYouth will work hand in hand with local leaders to solve many problems in the society,\u201d Mbabazi said.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Komezusenge, the President of the Forum of Rwandan Higher Institutions of Learning Students noted that Students week will contribute in identifying what youth want to happen in their lives and help them work towards building good future. <\/p>\n<p>Students will engage in the fight against drug abuse, HIV AIDS and help vulnerable people in the society.<\/p>\n<p>Mbabazi said that students are seen by local residents as elites, she added that students have to approach local people and know their problems.<\/p>\n<p>The Mayor of Rubavu District, Hassan Bahame pledged to continue support all activities initiated by Youth with a purpose to help Rubavu residents.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-2145 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/PS_in_the_Ministry_of_Youth_and_ICT_Rosemary_Mbabazi_has_charged_Rwanda_s_youth_to_use_their_creative_talents_to_develop_solutions_to_the_country_s_various_challenges.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-2144 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/Youth_during_Umuganda.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-2146 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/Students_on_the_field-1_-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{{The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and ICT, Rosemary Mbabazi has challenged Youth in Rubavu District to help find solutions to the country\u2019s existing problems like helping vulnerable people}}.
