He was formerly a member of CNDP and RCD Goma. <\/p>\n<p>Before his appointment to the helm of M23, Bisiimwa was the Chief of Communications since the formation of M23 Movement.<\/p>\n<p>Bisiimwa has no military background but has been active in the political wings of RCD-Goma, and CNDP(National Congress for the Defence of the People (CNDP) movement that was led by renegade Gen.
