{"id":6264,"date":"2013-03-02T07:29:18","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T07:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/ict-minister-addresses-global-ict-experts-in\/"},"modified":"2013-03-02T07:28:23","modified_gmt":"2013-03-02T07:28:23","slug":"ict-minister-addresses-global-ict-experts-in","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/ict-minister-addresses-global-ict-experts-in\/","title":{"rendered":"ICT Minister Addresses Global ICT Experts in Washington"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{The Minister of Youth and ICT, Jean Philbert Nsengimana on Thursday, February 28, 2013 joined other global experts in Washington for a live-streamed conversation about the role of technology in a &#8220;smarter future.&#8221;}}<\/p>\n<p>The event was part of the World Bank\u2019s ICT Solutions Day, which engaged decision makers and experts in an open, collaborative process of developing ICT-enabled approaches to development challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Nsengimana pointed out that Rwanda moved in last 5 years from 2% to 53% phone penetration.
