{{Community Night guards in Ndera Sector in Gasabo District have vowed to strengthen their night patrols in the area to eradicate bandits currently wrecking havoc by stealing from local residents.}}<\/p>\n
Mukakarisa Odetta, the Runyonza village leader confirmed to IGIHE that thugs have been breaking into people’s homes and stealing livestock and other valuable items during night hours.<\/p>\n
However, Mukakarisa said that strengthening night patrols will eradicate such crimes.<\/p>\n
Community Night guards have been provided with mobile phones to share such information on time.<\/p>\n
They have also been trained on information sharing as well as preventing crimes.<\/p>\n
