Gasingirwa was Wednesday speaking at the sideline of the first ever international scientific conference on \u201cBio-Innovate\u201d held in Addis Ababa.<\/p>\n
Dr. Gasingirwa stressed that although Rwanda\u2019s economy experienced remarkable growth over the past years, the current national budget allocation to Research and Development program which is estimated to be 0.4% of the whole national Growth Domestic Product (GDP) is relatively low.<\/p>\n
It is said that among other key objectives of the Science and Technology innovations policies in Rwanda is to stimulate a steady growth in GDP while contributing to advance the quality of life for all the population though mainstreaming skills and Knowledge among the labor forces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
