The file could be the first trial ever organized in France to those who played role in the 1994 genocide against Tutsis.<\/p>\n
A month was given to the prosecution to present its closing arguments, which specify the charges against Simbikangwa as well as civil parties and the defense to submit any queries.<\/p>\n
The case will then be forwarded for judgment. <\/p>\n
Simbikangwa Pascal, 53, was arrested in Mayotte using counterfeit papers for the travel.<\/p>\n
