The suspect has been identified as Fran\u00e7ois Habintwari .<\/p>\n
Habintwari was found in possession with 30 keys which residents accuse him of using to open doors with intention to rob.<\/p>\n
He is said to have also broke into his neighbour\u2019s house, unfortunately Habintwari escaped after the owner of the house cried for help.<\/p>\n
Immaculate Uwizeyimana a resident of Bumbogo sector said in most cases bandits drill through walls of houses through which they enter to steal.<\/p>\n
