Successful bidders will be notified via email by 5:00 PM on December 17, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Investors who wish to access funds before maturity can do so through the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE). Through licensed brokers, bondholders can sell their holdings at market prices, providing flexibility and liquidity.<\/p>\n<p>Government bonds in Rwanda are issued both as new issues and through reopenings, with maturities ranging from 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, to 20 years. At maturity, the principal is fully repaid, and interest payments are made on schedule.
