Several civilians have been killed, and vital power plants, including nuclear facilities, have been hit.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Ukraine\u2019s foreign ministry also called Russia\u2019s attacks \u201cnuclear terrorism,\u201d especially after hitting substations that provide backup power to nuclear plants.
