The agreement may be renewed, amended, or terminated by mutual written consent of the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, the firm is expected to prepare a comprehensive implementation proposal covering technical, financial, and execution aspects of the project, which will be submitted to the relevant Rwandan authorities for approval.<\/p>\n<p>At this stage, the company stressed that the financial impact of the MoU remains unknown. <\/p>\n<p>The MoU is part of Al Kathiri\u2019s broader strategy to expand into international markets and export modern construction technologies abroad. <\/p>\n<p>The company, founded in 2016, specialises in advanced building systems and the manufacture of ready-mixed concrete products for the modern construction technology sector.
