{"id":55618,"date":"2025-09-15T08:45:36","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T08:45:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/m23-repels-wazalendo-fighters-in-walikale\/"},"modified":"2025-09-15T08:48:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T08:48:18","slug":"m23-repels-wazalendo-fighters-in-walikale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/m23-repels-wazalendo-fighters-in-walikale\/","title":{"rendered":"M23 repels Wazalendo fighters in Walikale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This confrontation took place during heavy clashes on the night of Saturday, September 13, around Bueni Hill, located between Luberike and Waloa Yungu groupements in Walikale.<\/p>\n<p>According to Actualit\u00e9, calm had returned by the morning of Sunday, September 14, as the fighting had ended and no further gunfire could be heard.<\/p>\n<p>The Wazalendo fighters had been trying to push the AFC\/M23 out of its positions on the hill since June this year.
