The board expressed pride in welcoming him back into the fold.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re especially proud to welcome him back as an alumnus of CVL and are confident that under his leadership, with valuable global and local perspective, CVL will continue to thrive and advance its strategic goals,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1995 as Tri-Star Investments Limited and rebranded to Crystal Ventures Ltd in 2009, CVL has grown into a leading investment firm in Rwanda.
