Thierry stated, \u201cYes, Ntazinda Erasme has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation. We cannot share further details at this time to avoid interfering with the process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ntazinda\u2019s arrest follows a decision by the Nyanza District Council to suspend him from his mayoral duties on April 15.
