Derived from Rwanda\u2019s ancient custom, the national service programme (Urugerero) will see Rwandans, that have undergone informal civic education programme helping in realising several developmental initiatives.<\/p>\n
According to Boniface Rucagu, the launch of the programme is scheduled to take place in Kigarama Sector, Rwamagana District and will draw about 40,730 Intore that were trained.<\/p>\n
Awareness campaign on dangers of HIV\/Aids, conducting a mini census of illiterate people and constructing houses for teachers will be done as part of activities to be conducted at the launch.<\/p>\n
Rucagu said, \u201cWe sensitise the public about the zero new HIV infections, while all districts are expected to come up with their programmes.\u201d<\/p>\n
