Hatanaka made the remarks Monday, January 21st, 2013 shortly after saying \u201cGood bye\u201d to the Rwanda\u2019s Prime Minister Dr. Pierre Damien Habumuremyi.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019 m leaving very soon. The cooperation that marked Rwanda and Japan has been excellent\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI hope that with the creation of our Embassy here in Kigali excellent relationship has been enforced further and Japan continues to assist Rwanda in different areas where Government is putting emphasis,\u201d He noted.<\/p>\n
According to the Advisor of the Prime Minister on Good Governance Majoro Fabien; \u201cJapan Government has been supporting Rwanda in different Sectors including the establishment of \u201cRusumo One stop boarder post\u201d, Delivering clean water in Eastern Province, Construction of Kayonza-Rusumo road as well as supporting EWSA through different works.<\/p>\n
Currently Japan is planning to help Tumba College of Technology to open a new branch in Kigali Capital.<\/p>\n
Although Japan is not the biggest donor country of Rwanda, it has managed to provide US$ 30 million each year within the three past years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
