Maurice Rugaba, Branch Manager for Rwanda Energy Group (REG) in Rutsiro, confirmed to IGIHE that the plant\u2019s output will be added to the national grid by May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The construction has provided daily employment for over 200 workers over the past two years.
