On Thursday 17th January 2013, President Kagame visited Cimerwa processing cement plant and Mashyuza Rice Mill-Sodar in Nyakabuye sector, Rusizi district.<\/p>\n
Addressing residents drawn from eighteen sectors of Rusizi district the President said that it\u2019s not understandable how a country like Rwanda may lack electricity energy with the existing untapped resources. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt should not only be about managing resources, you must also work to create them\u201d, Kagame said.<\/p>\n
He focused on building relationships with neighbours especially DRC and Burundi. <\/p>\n
\u201cLet us continue making trade and good relationships with our neighbors, we want peace and development and together we can achieve it well\u201d.<\/p>\n
Speaking to people, Paul Kagame encouraged them to manage their property.<\/p>\n
You can\u2019t pride yourself in managing resources that don’t belong to us, let us work on building our own\u201d, the President said
\nHe added that, security is a fundamental of all.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to promise you that security is guaranteed for every Rwandan anywhere in the country. No one can destroy what we have already built. They never succeed,\u201d Kagame said.<\/p>\n
