counterpart.<\/p>\n<p>President Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9 last visited Rwanda in August 2024, when he attended President Kagame\u2019s inauguration ceremony at Amahoro Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the governments of Rwanda and Togo signed a Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA) that will enhance Rwanda\u2019s airspace expansion in West Africa. <\/p>\n<p>As the agreement was signed in May 2018, Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye, then State Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure, noted that Rwanda could easily export produce like potatoes and flowers to Togo.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, a team from Togo\u2019s anti-corruption agency (Haplucia) praised Rwanda\u2019s policies on preventing and combating corruption.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Togo\u2019s Foreign Minister, Robert Dussey, wrote a message in Kinyarwanda commending President Kagame\u2019s exemplary leadership and urging Rwandans to continue loving their country and leadership.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-80420\"><img
