One person escaped unscathed.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased were identified as Ndayizeye Venuste, Hagenimana Erneste, and Hakizimana Abraham, all residents of Nyamasheke District, Karengera Sector, Gasayo Cell, Nyamugari Village.<\/p>\n<p>Nyanza District Mayor, Erasme Ntazinda, confirmed the incident, revealing that the truck driver fled the scene and is now being sought by authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt happened in the wee hours.
