{"id":5229,"date":"2013-01-16T02:09:55","date_gmt":"2013-01-16T02:09:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/na-yombi-campaign-intensified\/"},"modified":"2013-01-16T02:09:37","modified_gmt":"2013-01-16T02:09:37","slug":"na-yombi-campaign-intensified","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/na-yombi-campaign-intensified\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cNa Yombi\u201d Campaign Intensified"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{The \u201cNa Yombi\u201d communication campaign team from Rwanda Development Board joined Muhanga business community to sensitize them about customer services and service delivery.}}<\/p>\n<p>RDB is targeting the improvement of quality of services provided in the country.<\/p>\n<p>{&#8216;Na Yombi&#8217;} campaign motto means to receive well and serve customers with warmth, courtesy, respect and total attention.<\/p>\n<p>Alphonsine Iradukunda, one of the Interns in RDB especially within the department of customer care said Rwandans should have the culture of delivering good services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMwaramutse\u201d, \u201cMurakoze\u201d, \u201cMurakaza neza\u201d all of those are not difficult words to tell a customer, why we don\u2019t use them to show that we care more for clients.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Iradukunda believed that if Rwandans change their mindset towards good customer relations, it will lead to sustainable development of the whole country.<\/p>\n<p>However, on the side of citizens, some institutions prefer to give good services to foreigners than they care for Rwandans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn example here is when we are lining to Banks, some time you find when a foreigner comes, immediately an agent of the bank comes and takes him to another side to solve his problem quickly. But for Rwandans you have to wait\u201d a resident of Nyamabuye sector said.<\/p>\n<p>Leonard Mugisha is a Ugandan National. He says that Rwandans are good because they are not corrupted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you visit their offices they work up on your problems very fast and help you.
