Mugesera noted in his appeal that judges; Athanase Bakuzakundi and Eugene Ndagijimana were not competent to try him since they had earlier tried him in other cases that he lost at the end of April 2012.<\/p>\n
Despite Mugesera\u2019s appeal against competence of the two judges, Judge Alice Rulisa said his trial will start Thursday on 17th January 2013. <\/p>\n
