{{Rwanda National Police has said it will no longer confiscate Motorcycles that violate traffic rules within a period of a one month as it was before.<\/p>\n
The Police made the remarks yesterday during a meeting with Motorcyclists in Kigali City.}}<\/p>\n
The new decision says Motorcycle owners will have to pay fines depending on the mistake committed and release their motorcycle immediately.<\/p>\n
However, Police said although the punishment reduced, Police will continue to sanction all of those who will violate traffic rules.<\/p>\n
The Mayor of Kigali City Fidel Ndayisaba asked motorcyclists to ensure body hygiene as well as having hygiene facilities for passengers.<\/p>\n
Nzitunga Evode, representing Motorcycle operators said they are ready to comply with the new changes.<\/p>\n
