However, she denied the charge.<\/p>\n<p>Nosiviwe also requested not to be arrested while under investigation. Judge Sulet Potterill informed those involved in the case that a decision on this request will be announced on April 2, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Nosiviwe served as South Africa&#8217;s Minister of Defence from May 2014 until August 2021.
