Nsengiyumva allegedly battered Toringabo Nsengiyumva, 60 which resulted into his death.The suspect is detained at Ruhango District.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on January 4, at about 07:00pm, when Nsengiyumva allegedly caught the deceased stealing cassava in his garden.
\nThe deceased was confirmed dead in Ruhango hospital where he had been evacuated for treatment.<\/p>\n
According to Ruhango District Police Commander (DPC) Superintendent Paul Gatambira, however case may be caused by a citizen, one should notrender justice by himself\/herself ,there are relevant authorizes and laws in place where justice can be referred to.<\/p>\n
If found guilty and convicted, Narcisse Nsengiyumva will face an imprisonment sentence between (10) years to fifteen (15) years in jail according to article 151 of the Rwandan Penal Code.<\/p>\n
