The development was announced by the Rwandan presidency through X.<\/p>\n<p>The Urugwiro Village reported that they held productive discussions focusing on the potential partnership between the Congressional Black Caucus and Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>President Kagame is scheduled to participate in &#8216;Rwanda Day&#8217;
