{{Rwanda\u2019s Minister of youth and ICT Jean Philibert Nsengimana has urged job seekers to be confident and feel free to share ideas that would shape job policies in Rwanda.}}<\/p>\n
\u201cYou need to be confident, ready and passionate, Employers need people with positive attitudes,\u201d Nsengimana said.<\/p>\n
The Minister was today 4th January, addressing about 1,000 of jobseekers participating in Rwanda Job day, 2012 in Kigali.<\/p>\n
Oria Kije, one of the organizers of the event said that Rwanda job day is here to help jobseekers to meet top employers and interacting with them as well as carrying out some first steps in the recruitment process.<\/p>\n
The event attracted job seekers, human resource managers, government\u2019s officials, policy makers, private-sector leaders and academic representatives.<\/p>\n
As the event will be held annually, Oria Kije calls upon “Employers to participate in the Rwanda Job Day 2013 in order to provide information on how to apply for a job in their institution.”<\/p>\n
