The call was made during a 5-day workshop held in Nyamasheke District of Western Province of Rwanda.<\/p>\n
The Mayor of Nyamasheke District, Habyarimana Jean Baptiste talked about qualities of a good Local Defense point out that the later should be a person who is well informed about Government programs.<\/p>\n
He urged them to maintain a good image between them and local citizens.<\/p>\n
They were also urged to desisit from any corruption undertakings and other acts affecting the rights of citizens.<\/p>\n
