Paul Kagame was delivering the State of Nation Address which was to explore in details the country\u2019s Economy and Social transformation.<\/p>\n
The number of students in technical vocation schools, have increased from 67,919 to 74,320 in 2012.<\/p>\n
Rwanda also launched 12-Year Basic Education adding on to 9-Year Basic Education <\/p>\n
It was reported that students in higher schools increased from 2,341,746 to 2,394,674.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese students are acquiring skills enabling them to work in industries, agriculture and to become job creators\u201d Kagame noted
