Musinguzi was handed his motel by the Ministry of Justice on wednesday, 6th, August, 2023, barely a month since he brought his complaint to President Paul Kagame\u2019s attention.<\/p>\n

Musinguzi purchased \u2018Best Inn Motel\u2019 from Col. Mabano on March, 11th, 2023. However, the retired colonel had restrained handing over ownership to him despite the former making full payment.<\/p>\n

During a \u2018question and answer\u2019 session with Kagame at the the 10-year anniversary of YouthConnekt themed \u201c10 Years of Impact\u201d at Intare Conference Arena in Kigali, late last month, Musinguzi raised his complaint to the president who asked for immediate action into the issue. <\/p>\n

Musinguzi was then contacted by different authorities to investigate the issue and in less than three weeks, he has been handed rightful ownership of the Kicukiro based motel.<\/p>\n

Speaking to IGIHE, Musinguzi extended great thanks to President Kagame, the Ministry of Justice, Rwanda Defense Force (RDF), Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), government and private institutions, and all individuals who have assisted him in getting justice.<\/p>\n

The 29 -year old said he was getting straight to work to compensate for the time lost, and promised to work even harder so that he doesn\u2019t disappoint those who have assisted him.<\/p>\n

Musinguzi is the CEO of Sinan Frank General Supply Limited based in Kanombe. The business deals in juice supply, outlet stocks with Bralirwa, disco hire, car rentals and logistics.<\/p>\n

He is also a student at University of Kigali in Rwanda, where he is pursuing a Master\u2019s Degree in Executive Administration.<\/p>\n
