But I don\u2019t know enough to know the answer,\u201d US President Joe Biden said in reaction to the news.<\/p>\n<p>Mykhailo Podolyak, an aide to the Ukrainian president, remarked that the plane crash might signify &#8220;a message from Putin to Russia&#8217;s elites leading up to the 2024 elections. &#8216;Beware!
