Premier urged the executive secretaries of sectors of Gasabo District to stop those involved in illegal extracting.<\/p>\n
Mberabahizi Lemon Chretien, the Executive Secretary of Kinyinya Sector confirmed that some people use night hours to illegally extract the sand.<\/p>\n
