Dr. kaberuka was providing his assessment of the global economy and Africa\u2019s development.<\/p>\n
He was guest speaker at the Meeting of the Board of Governors of PTA Bank in Lusaka, Zambia on 19 December, 2012. <\/p>\n
On poverty reduction, Dr. Kaberuka said that \u201cevery nation on planet earth was poor at some point\u2026 What made the difference was tapping into global trade and capital markets\u2026That is the way to go\u201d. <\/p>\n
