He was a clerk in the Chamber of Rwanda\u2019s Senate from 2009 prior to the appointment.  <\/p>\n<p>He also held other positions as the State Minister in the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) in 2003 and Director in charge of coordination of governmental Actions in the Prime Minister\u2019s Office in 2001.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-46199 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/de-2.jpg\" alt=\"Parliamentarian Fidel Rwigamba has passed on.  \" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{Parliamentarian Fidel Rwigamba has died at the age of 73 succumbing to natural cause.
