{"id":47316,"date":"2023-01-05T06:40:02","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T06:40:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/drc-raises-new-allegations-that-rwanda-ruses\/"},"modified":"2023-01-07T10:11:19","modified_gmt":"2023-01-07T10:11:19","slug":"drc-raises-new-allegations-that-rwanda-ruses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/drc-raises-new-allegations-that-rwanda-ruses\/","title":{"rendered":"DRC raises new allegations that Rwanda manipulates Tutsi communities to flee the country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The allegations are additional to others raised by DRC over the past months accusing Rwanda of supporting M23 rebel group, stealing minerals and chimpanzees among others. <\/p>\n<p>During a recent security meeting in Northern Kivu Province led by the Military Governor Lt Gen Constant Ndima, participants raised concerns that Rwanda is manipulating Tutsis in Congo to flee their country.  <\/p>\n<p>The meeting held on 2nd January 2023, was also wrapped up with different resolutions.  <\/p>\n<p>As he read the resolutions, the region\u2019s military spokesperson, L.Col Guillaume Ndjike Kaiko said: \u201cThe committee learned about mass fleeing of citizens to Rwanda, majority of whom being from Congolese Tutsi communities.
