{"id":47273,"date":"2022-12-27T07:11:39","date_gmt":"2022-12-27T07:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/26-arrested-over-drunk-driving-on-christmas\/"},"modified":"2022-12-27T07:53:47","modified_gmt":"2022-12-27T07:53:47","slug":"26-arrested-over-drunk-driving-on-christmas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/26-arrested-over-drunk-driving-on-christmas\/","title":{"rendered":"26 arrested over drunk driving on Christmas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despite the cases of drunk driving; RNP Spokesperson, CP John Bosco Kabera has told IGIHE that security remains intact across the country and thanked Rwandans for having exhibited good behaviors during Christmas celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the majority of accidents in the night of Christmas involved motorcyclists where two were registered in Eastern Province while two others in Northern Province involved a motorcyclist who knocked a cyclist and another who hit a pedestrian crossing a road.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe advise all Rwandans and Rwandan residents to shun all behaviors that would destabilize their own and others\u2019 security.
