We extend our condolences to the bereaved family,\u201d he said.  <\/p>\n<p>Makombe disclosed that officials had prohibited residents from exploiting the sandpit lest it exposes them to fatal accidents.<\/p>\n<p>The sandpit also collapsed on a young man aged 20 who was taken to Kisaro Health Center for medical attention.  <\/p>\n<p>He was injured trying to rescue Mukurijimana.
