{"id":46917,"date":"2022-10-27T06:16:52","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T06:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/kagame-receives-message-from-guinea-s-transitional-president-colonel-mamadi\/"},"modified":"2022-10-28T13:32:57","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T13:32:57","slug":"kagame-receives-message-from-guinea-s-transitional-president-colonel-mamadi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/kagame-receives-message-from-guinea-s-transitional-president-colonel-mamadi\/","title":{"rendered":"Kagame receives message from Guinea\u2019s Transitional President, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rwanda\u2019s Presidency has revealed that Kagame hosted the envoy who brought a message from Col Mamadi Doumbouya on Wednesday 26th October 2022.   <\/p>\n<p>Discussions between the Head of State and Minister Gaoual Diallo along with his delegation were also attended by Rwanda\u2019s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vincent Biruta.  <\/p>\n<p>Rwanda and Guinea enjoyed cordial relations before President Alpha Conde was ousted. <\/p>\n<p>In 2016, President Kagame was awarded The Grand Croix, the highest honor in Guinea as he visited the country.  <\/p>\n<p>Colonel Doumbouya overthrew Alpha Conde in September 2022.    <\/p>\n<p>In April 2022, he received credentials from Amb.
