The aircraft which involved in the accident had to take off from Kigali International Airport at 7:00 a.m to land at Kamember Aiport at 7:40 a.m. <\/p>\n
According to a statement released by RwandAir following the incident, all passengers are safe. <\/p>\n
\u201cRwandAir Flight WB601 to Kamembe this morning had a minor incident on landing. All passengers and crew are safe. We\u2019ll experience some disruptions in our schedule today and apologize for any inconvenience,\u201d reads the statement share posted on Twitter.
\nThe cause of the accident has not been announced. <\/p>\n
Similar incident happened on 20th April this year when RwandAir\u2019s aircraft which took off from Kigali in the wee hours flying to Kampala in Uganda, was involved in a runway excursion in the process of landing at Entebbe Airport as a result of bad weather.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
