{"id":46872,"date":"2022-10-21T11:16:07","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T11:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/wind-destroys-59-houses-in-gisagara\/"},"modified":"2022-10-21T11:19:52","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T11:19:52","slug":"wind-destroys-59-houses-in-gisagara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/wind-destroys-59-houses-in-gisagara\/","title":{"rendered":"Wind destroys 59 houses in Gisagara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The incident which occurred on Wednesday 19th October 2022 also saw the roofing of 11 classrooms and a kitchen at Groupe Scolaire Munazi in Save sector blew away and three children injured. <\/p>\n<p>An assessment of damages conducted on Thursday indicated that the rain and wind destroyed 59 houses, equipment and ravaged crops. <\/p>\n<p>The Mayor of Gisagara District, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Rutaburingoga has told IGIHE that the assessment of damages is ongoing.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201c59 houses belonging to 39 families have been destroyed.
