His body was seen in the morning of Saturday 17th September 2022 by a man from Gitwa Village, Mataba Cell, Rubengera Sector who was carrying fertilizers to his farmland. <\/p>\n
He rushed to alert local leaders who also notified Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB). <\/p>\n
The Executive Secretary of Mataba Sector, Fabien Ngendo has told IGIHE that the young man is suspected to have committed suicide. <\/p>\n
“Residents say that the young man who was a barber returned home from work on Tuesday around 8:00 p.m. He left home shortly and disappeared since then,” he said. <\/p>\n
RIB has launched investigation to establish the cause of his death. <\/p>\n
