However, Rwanda has repeatedly rejected allegations of supporting M23. <\/p>\n<p>The discussions held on Wednesday were wrapped up with consensus to concert efforts aimed at calming tensions between both countries to turn a new page for relations. <\/p>\n<p>DRC\u2019s Presidency has announced that relations will be normalized through \u2018Luanda mechanism\u2019 aligning with activities of the joint commission between both countries which has not organized a meeting for several years.     <\/p>\n<p>The first meeting of the commission is due on 12th July 2022 in Luanda, Angola.
