{"id":46136,"date":"2022-07-06T07:18:10","date_gmt":"2022-07-06T07:18:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/kagame-bids-farewell-to-fode-ndiaye\/"},"modified":"2022-07-06T07:20:48","modified_gmt":"2022-07-06T07:20:48","slug":"kagame-bids-farewell-to-fode-ndiaye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/kagame-bids-farewell-to-fode-ndiaye\/","title":{"rendered":"Kagame bids farewell to Fod\u00e9 Ndiaye"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rwanda\u2019s Presidency has revealed that Ndiaye was received on Tuesday 5th July 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The coordinator works with the government and representatives of UN agencies to fulfill its mission.   <\/p>\n<p>Fod\u00e9 Ndiaye assumed the duties on 10th July 2017. Before, he had served as the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Rwanda. <\/p>\n<p>Prior to his appointment in Rwanda, Ndiaye served as the UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Niger for five years. <\/p>\n<p>He also held various positions at the United Nations Capital Development Fund including Head of the Regional Office for West and Central Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Ndiaye holds a PhD in Economics which he obtained from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
