Kagame was commenting on the hypocrisy of the west during the 10th National Dialogue in Kigali.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe shall keep refusing these accusations. I don’t want us to look like we are accepting this.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the UN Group of experts published a report that accuses Rwanda to support M23 rebels that are fighting against DRC government due to failure to implement agreements of 23rd March, 2009.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese so-called famous reports (UN Report on Congo) are pre-written\u201d Kagame said.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut these people are the ones who recruit ‘experts’ to investigate and confirm their falsehoods. They’ve no facts,\u201d Kagame stressed.
\nKagame noted that pushing for self reliance and dignity is good however, it comes with a cost.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome people want to push you down. You cannot accept this injustice meted on us every day. Rwandans must be angry at this; we must be seen to have sufficient anger at this injustice. We must fight for self reliance.\u201d <\/p>\n
\u201cThe west doesn\u2019t want you to have a good profile. Why should we agree to be herded? We’re not cattle or sheep\u201d Kagame challenged.<\/p>\n
President Kagame shades light that Rwanda is not supporting ongoing DRC Crises yet there are other National problems that might be resolved first.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have my own problems. If you want me to solve my neighbors\u2019 problems, and then pay me\u201d He said that \u201cSomebody killed Congo and brought corpse to our doorstep. They are now calling for our punishment\u201d.<\/p>\n
He says that a $1bn-a-year UN project has failed to save Congo and now they are putting their failures to Rwanda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
