Musoni noted while presenting on how to ‘Promote Principles and Values of Self-Reliance in Rwanda’ at the 10th National Dialogue.<\/p>\n
\u201cSelf-reliance means being able to depend on ourselves and having our own plans for development,\u201dHe said.<\/p>\n
He added that Rwandans will continue to broaden and strengthen external relations for peace, security, trade and investment.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe must demonstrate a high level of professionalism,\u201d Musoni urged.<\/p>\n
He added that for Rwanda to be truly successful, self-reliance must be engrained in the way they conduct business.<\/p>\n
Minister Musoni praises values of Rwandans that have led overcoming poverty by 12% in this year.<\/p>\n
\u201cRwandans are also happy on how they are involved in solving social problems.\u201d <\/p>\n
He added that Rwanda’s home grown solutions like Gacaca, Ubudehe, Girinka etc. have played a key role in our development.<\/p>\n
