Kagame and his counterparts hosted to Commonwealth dinner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prince Charles hosted the dinner on Friday evening following the official opening of CHOGM 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The Government Dinner traditionally takes place on the opening day of the bi-annual Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The Prince and Duchess were the official hosts for the evening, greeting heads of government at Kigali Marriott Hotel on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II.<\/p>\n<p>It was also hosted shortly after the outgoing Chair-in-Office of the Commonwealth,  Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson handed over duties to Kagame. <\/p>\n<p>On another note, Patricia Scotland has been re-elected as the bloc\u2019s Secretary-General for further two years to complete
