The annual average inflation rate between May 2022 and May 2021 was 3.5 percent.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2022, Food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 24.2 percent on annual basis and increased by 5 percent on monthly basis. \u2018Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels\u2019 increased by 8 percent on annual basis and decreased by 0.3 percent on monthly basis. <\/p>\n<p>Transport increased by 7.7 percent on annual basis and increased by 1 percent on monthly basis.
