The Executive Secretary of Karenge Sector, Emmanuel Ntwari has told IGIHE that the body was first seen by residents. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt is suspected that she was killed few days ago. The woman might have been killed on Friday but Rwanda Investigation Bureau [RIB] is conducting investigation to establish the truth. The woman had come to live here from Nyakariro where she left two children,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
Ntwari appealed on residents to report missing neighbours to local leaders on time to mount a search. He also requested landlords to register identifications of their tenants for security reasons. <\/p>\n
